Fuzon E Services Pvt Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SaaS ERP platform strictly for your business operations in accordance with your active subscription plan.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the underlying infrastructure.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled maintenance. We will notify users in advance whenever possible.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent billing practices.
