How do I setup my first retail store?
Once your account is activated, navigate to Company Setup in your dashboard. You can add your store details, GST information, and create user accounts for your cashiers.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes! Our Purchase section supports Excel (.xlsx) file uploads. You can map your existing stock quantities, MRPs, and costs directly into the system in seconds.
How does the barcode scanner work?
Our POS system is plug-and-play with any standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner. Simply focus on the item search bar and scan.
What happens if my internet goes down?
FuzonERP requires an active internet connection to securely sync your inventory across multiple devices. However, we are working on a PWA offline mode for continuous billing.
