7-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 7 days of your initial subscription payment, you may request a full refund, no questions asked. Simply contact our support team at fuzoneservice@gmail.com.
Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. Cancellations will stop future recurring billing, but we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Hardware & Setup Fees
Any fees paid for custom on-site installation, staff training, or external hardware products (such as barcode scanners or thermal printers) are non-refundable once the service or hardware is delivered.
